Parent Connect Series: Conflict Resolution using Early Intervention, Positive Communication, and Self-regulation
Event Description
Sergeant Robert McKeirnan, CIT Trained Officer with the Olathe Police Department, will be sharing practical tools and tips for families to help them address and resolve difficult situations. He will share tips for early intervention and conflict resolution by fostering open, positive communication and teaching effective self-regulation techniques. Emphasizing proactive strategies and empathetic dialogue, the training will help families strengthen their relationships and resolve conflicts constructively.

Parent Connect is free and open to any parent or caregiver living in Johnson County. The goal of the series is to provide parents and caregivers with information and learning opportunities through presentations from community and parenting experts. Dinner will be provided.
