Join us for a meaningful evening of connection and conversation! Discover why family meals matter for mental health and how they can foster deeper connections and conversations within your family. Additionally, learn about healthy digital media habits and understand the effects of digital media on youth mental health. This event will equip your family with the knowledge and tools to navigate these important aspects of modern life.

Details
Designed for middle school and high school students and their parents, the event kicks off with a complimentary shared meal, followed by distinct interactive discussions. The night wraps up with parents and youth engaging in supportive dialogue, applying insights from the session. Participants can also take home free resources to further refine the skills acquired during the event.
