Event Description
Join us for this free informational session designed especially for older adults. This session will provide valuable insights into the causes, risks, and management of high blood pressure, often referred to as the silent killer due to its lack of noticeable symptoms.
Attendees will have the chance to learn practical strategies for monitoring and controlling blood pressure and the importance of promoting cardiovascular health.
If you need an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter or any other ADA accomodation for this class, please contact Jill Zink at (913) 715-8860 or jill.zink@jocogov.org at least two business days in advance.
