[In-Person] Parenting Skills Class

Event Description

Are you feeling overwhelmed or unsure in your parenting journey? This 9-week class, developed by parents and mental health professionals, is here to help you build confidence and feel more connected to your child.

Parenting can be a rollercoaster—filled with joyful moments but also challenges that leave you feeling exhausted or stuck. This class offers practical tools and strategies to support you in navigating tough situations and strengthening your entire family system.

Do you face challenges with:
• Managing screen time and behavioral outbursts
• Defiance or refusal to help with tasks at home
• Feeling disconnected from your child
• Screaming, profanity, or physical aggression
• Impulsive or unsafe behaviors
• Concerns about drug or alcohol use

Join us for a free nine-week class to connect in a safe space with fellow caregivers going through similar experiences as you learn ways to better connect with your child and become more confident in areas like parent-child attachment, establishing expectations, parent burnout and self-care, managing crises, and much more.
