County Fair Baking Class
The fair is a time for youth and adults alike to show off their skills in the kitchen! This class is all about bringing the fun (and memories) of the fair alive, without the extra sugar and fat. We'll explore popular blue ribbon baked goodies and show you how to make delicious, healthier versions using smart baking substitutions and cooking techniques. Learn how to reduce sugar, swap out fats, and whole grains while still keeping the irresistible taste.
