Talk with a Doc: What you need to know about Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements

An educational class covering valuable information on vitamins, minerals, and supplements, including what they do, when they may be helpful, and how to use them safely. The session is taught by retired physician Dr. Karl Jantz who will share practical guidance based on medical experience.
