Parent Support Group
Event Description
Parent Support Group
Parent Support Group is a six-session weekly support group for parents and caregivers that focuses on helping build connections with other parents and caregivers and develop parenting skills to fit their family’s needs. A strengths-based approach is used to allow parents and caregivers to raise questions or concerns, garner ideas, positive solutions and strategies from the group.
This six-session group is available for parents and caregivers of Johnson County Mental Health who are receiving case management services. You must be an open client through all training dates. The group will be held virtually and the link will be provided once registration is complete.
