As we look ahead to a new school year, many young adults and their families are looking ahead to major life transitions, like graduating high school, going to college, or moving away from home for the first time.

Join the Johnson County Suicide Prevention Coalition, BV Well and the Go Further Foundation to explore ways young adults and their families can thrive during life changes and how the community around them can support their mental wellness.

Here are some things the event will help you consider:
• Knowing how to find support and navigate resources away from home and school
• Building a toolkit to support a young adult’s mental wellness
• Maintaining connections with family and establishing new relationships

We encourage to join us if you are:
• a young adult going through a life transition, like graduating high school
• a parent or caregiver supporting a young adult going through a life transition
• a community professional working with young adults going through life transitions
