We are excited to announce this year's Volunteer Appreciation Event will be held on Wednesday, October 1st from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. at the Sunset Office building (11811 South Sunset Drive, Olathe, KS). Join us for a light lunch, astronomy class and solar telescope demonstration by The Astronomical Society of Kansas City, bingo and volunteer program group photos at 1:20 p.m. This year's theme is 'Volunteers are Out of this World', celebrating the stellar contributions of our AHS volunteers.

We are offering an astronomy class at 1:00, 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. Due to limited seating, we request volunteers sign up in advance for classes.
