Aging Activities
Registration opens 60 days prior to the event!
This supportive session focuses on practical ways to manage diabetes as we age. We’ll talk about everyday habits, what to watch for as the body changes, and how to stay on top of your well-being. You’ll learn helpful tips for staying healthy, get support from others who understand, and are encouraged to ask questions at any time so everyone can learn together. This event is open to older adults, caregivers, and anyone who wants to feel more supported on their health journey.
Hosted by the Johnson County Area Agency on Aging
