Aging Activities
Join us for an informative session designed to help caregivers and families better understand care options for older adults. Representatives from Evergreen Communities will explain the differences between hospice and palliative care, including when each is appropriate, what services are covered, and where care is provided. Midland Care will introduce the PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program and its new location in Olathe, sharing how it supports seniors in living safely at home.
Learn, ask questions, and connect with local resources to make confident care decisions.
The event will take place at the Sunset Office Building located at 11811 S. Sunset Drive (Conference Rooms 1070/1075) Olathe, Kansas 66061
If you need an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter or another ADA accommodation, please contact Jill Zink at (913) 715-8860 or Jill.Zink@jocogov.org at least two business days before the scheduled event or class.
