This session will focus on practical strategies for maintaining structure and routine during the summer months, along with ways to recognize and prevent burnout—for both parents and children.
Connect with other parents, share experiences, and walk away with ideas and tools to help your family feel more prepared, balanced, and supported throughout the summer.
