Join Metropolitan Council of Community Mental Health centers on Thursday, June 27 at the Johnson County Arts and Heritage Center for a full-day training for teachers and school staff who are feeling overwhelmed and burned out, and who are looking for evidence-based strategies to better handle the challenging behaviors and mental health difficulties students exhibit or experience in the classroom.

The training is targeted for teachers and school staff and will review and provide access to:
- Educator well-being at both individual and system-level supports.
- Addressing challenging student behaviors through a behavioral teaching lens
- Free resources related to educator mental health literacy.
