Please join us on Friday, March 8, 2024, for an exciting day of learning about the health of our community and planning how we can make it better! This will be an opportunity to engage with fellow community members and organizations committed to assuring just and fair opportunities for all in Johnson County to be as healthy as possible.

The 2024 Health Summit will launch local planning for the 2025-2029 Community Health Improvement Plan, a community-informed and driven set of goals and activities focused on health outcomes, the factors that influence them, and supporting Johnson County’s vision for health and well-being, now and in the future.  

Conference Objectives:

• Share and discuss the results of the recent 2023 community health assessment data collection.
• Explore what shared values and factors support residents’ health and well-being. 
• Craft a vision of a Healthy Johnson County, identify challenges or barriers to that vision, and begin laying the groundwork for attaining our shared vision as we move health forward together.
