Mental Health First Aid is an interactive course that gives people the skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

- Common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.
- Common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges.
- How to interact with a person in crisis.
- How to connect a person with help.
- Expanded content on trauma, substance use and self-care.
CLASS DETAILS
- Open to adults ages 18+
- Free to attend; advance registration required
- Includes 2-hour online pre-work + 6-hour in-person training
- Lunch provided
- In-person only; childcare not available
