Medicare Pre-Registration

Do you need help reviewing your Medicare coverage for 2027?

SHICK counselors will be available at two walk-in events during Medicare Open Enrollment to provide free, unbiased assistance with Medicare Part D prescription drug plans and Medicare Advantage plans.

Pre-registration is encouraged and helps SHICK plan for adequate counselor availability at each event.

Note: These are walk-in events and do not have scheduled appointment times. Participants will be assisted on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration does not reserve an appointment time or place in line. Walk-ins are welcome.

Before you arrive 

If you would like help comparing Medicare prescription drug plans, please complete the Medicare Part D Drug Coverage Worksheet before the event, if possible.

Completing the worksheet ahead of time can help your counselor complete your plan comparison more efficiently. It is available as a fillable online form for those who prefer to complete it electronically.  Don't worry if you aren't able to complete it in advance. Paper copies will also be available at the event.

Please bring your Medicare card and a current list of your prescription medications, including the name, dosage, and frequency of each medication.

Reminder: Pre-registration helps us plan for the number of counselors needed. It does not reserve an appointment time or place in line.
